The hotel's location is quite convenient with two shopping centers adjacent. the room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the staff was hospitable and provided good service, especially the Front Office Supervisor. the breakfast has a lot of food selections and the traditional costumes of the restaurant staff were nice.
The WIFI and switches were poor and there was no plug in the bathroom.

Hotel room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The location was central and convenient, with nearby malls and restaurants. The staff provided great hospitality and service, making for an enjoyable stay.
Unfortunately the noise outside the hotel can be disruptive, with traffic and noise from surrounding establishments disturbing sleep. there was limited choice for those with Western palates during breakfast.

The hotel’s location was excellent, with shopping centers and plenty of dining options nearby. The staff, including the front office and doormen, were very helpful. Additionally, the room service was prompt, and the cleanliness was excellent.

Great food options nearby and convenient location to malls. the nearby stalls and street foods are fantastic. the room was spacious and clean.
The overall condition of the hotel needs improvement, the room could use better lighting and a sprucing up. the Wi-Fi was non-existent, which is very inconvenient for travelers who depend on internet.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with convenient access to shops and commercial services. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring that our every need was met. The room was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, and the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and air conditioning, added to our comfort. We also enjoyed the restaurant and poolside snack bar, where we were able to indulge in delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The staff at the leisure spa & wellness center were highly skilled, and we thoroughly enjoyed the massages we received.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The level of service, cleanliness, and comfort provided exceeded our expectations.
